For commissioned projects, RENDER IT Studio grants the client full ownership of the final delivered renders only upon receipt of full payment. We retain the right to use all produced assets for promotional and portfolio purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is formally executed.
Usage rights for delivered assets are governed by the specific bundle purchased (e.g., Still Imagery, Motion Assets, or Campaign Production). Campaign Production includes a standard 1-year digital broadcasting license unless otherwise negotiated.
